WARRIOR LACROSSE UNLEASHES NEW

PLAYERS CLUB EXPERIENCE ELEMENTS FOR 2005

 

WARREN , Michigan , January 14, 2005 – Warrior Lacrosse unveiled a brand-new Players Club Experience website today and announced the addition of four new camps staffed by elite lacrosse players for 2005.

 

The Players Club Experience (PCX) is Warrior’s select lacrosse camp and clinic division. PCX offers the unparalleled experience of having the country’s elite lacrosse players as coaches, offering proven teaching methods and enthusiasm to athletes of all ages and abilities.

 

"We're proud to add to our portfolio of select camps that offer a high-quality experience for lacrosse athletes," says Lorne Smith, PCX National Director and three-time All-American at Princeton University . “Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaching staff is hand-picked at each camp for their experience on the lacrosse field and ability to work well with kids.”

 

The four new PCX camps will be held in Nashville , Maryland and San Diego and will feature Players Club coaches Jesse Hubbard, Michael Watson , Greg Cattrano and Ryan Mollett. Warrior will continue to offer PCX camps directed by Lorne Smith at Stanford University , The University of Oregon, and the University of Santa Barbara , as well as one in Orinda , California directed by Taylor Simmers. All PCX camps offer multiple skill levels and include individual instruction, team drills, offensive and defensive strategy sessions, and live scrimmaging. “PCX coaches have excelled at the high school, college, professional, and world level as players and coaches,” says Smith. “They are able to inspire and motivate campers to work hard while having a good time. It is our mission to create a fun yet competitive atmosphere which encourages boys of all ages to achieve their goals at camp."

 

Warrior recently added several members to its Players Club roster including Conor Gill , Nick Polanco, Ryan Boyle, AJ Shannon, Delby Powless and Michael Howley.
