LEAGUES: The Chapter does not now,
nor will we in the future, contemplate the
operation of any league. Our service with
respect to leagues is to provide liaison between
this chapter and the several leagues. Our
chapter is in the position to provide services
to each league which could well be a heavy
burden for any one league to handle.
