Northern California Junior Lacrosse

Association (NCJLA)

Description:

The NCJLA (Northern

California Junior Lacrosse

Association) is the

governing organization

in Northern California

for all pre-high school

boys and girls lacrosse,

as well as for Club

(non-CIF) boys and girls

high school lacrosse.

The NCJLA includes

17 Varsity and Junior

Varsity, 16 Junior and

22 Pups teams from both

private and public schools,

and clubs like ours.

These teams are based

in Santa Clara, San

Francisco, Alameda,

San Mateo, Contra Costa,

Sonoma, Marin, and Monterey

counties.

NCJLA has four pre-high

school divisions: Boys

Juniors (grades 7-8),

Boys Pups (grades 4-6),

Boys PeeWee (grades

3-4), Girls Juniors

(grades 6-8) and Girls

PeeWee (grades 4-5).

The NCJLA also has two

high school divisions

for Club teams not affiliated

with the California

Interscholastic Federation

(CIF): Boys High School

(Varsity and Junior

Varsity) and Girls High

School.
