7 v 7 Girl’s Lax Playday
* 8v8 (including goalies) Girl’s Lacrosse Playday
* Open to girls Grades 8-12 (rising 9th graders-seniors)
* Teams play a minimum of four, 25-minute games
* Games played from 10am-4pm. (Check in begins at 9 am)
* Located at Tam High (700 Miller Ave. Mill Valley, CA)
* $60 per athlete. (Must register by Monday, June 2)

This 8v8 (including goalies) Play-Day is designed to offer high school girls from all over the West Coast the opportunity to play lacrosse in a fun and competitive tournament with friends.
Girls are welcome to join as a team or individually. Individuals will be assigned to a team.
US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP- (optional)
US Lacrosse members must include your membership number and a copy of your membership card with yourregistration forms. We must have a copy of this card to ensure insurance through US Lacrosse. If you are not amember of US Lacrosse, a guardian and the athlete must sign the bottom portion of the Registration Form.
This will provide insurance coverage for the tournament.
REGISTRATION (MUST BE RECEIVED BY June 2nd)
Registration Fee: $60 per player. This fee includes uniform shirt, insurance, and covers the costs of the field rental, officials, and support staff. All athletes must be pre-registered & paid, and have received a confirmation e-mail. No registration the day of the tournament!
